Eoin Barnett - architect and retail planner

The challenge was to create a Store Room and Guest Room/Study within the existing ceiling space of this Edwardian duplex. The Budget was tight and so was the programme with a baby due in six months time. An openable roof light provided natural light and ventilation to the newly created mezzanine space with views to the adjacent tree tops.
